By accessing or using Kaimind, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Kaimind on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
Use of the Service
Kaimind grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for managing your business operations and finances. You agree to use the service lawfully, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of the business data and content you add to Kaimind. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that data so we can provide the service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for ensuring you have the right to store it.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time, and changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Availability and Support
We work hard to keep Kaimind available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, or modify features over time to make the platform better.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaimind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Your use of Kaimind is at your own discretion and risk.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of Kaimind after an update means you accept the revised terms.
